The EV Charging platform is designed to help electric vehicle owners easily find, book, and pay for charging stations across the city. With the rise of electric vehicles, the platform aims to simplify the charging experience by providing real-time availability, user reviews, and seamless payment options.

Background
During my tenure at the company, I had the opportunity to collaborate on developing an EV charging app with my colleagues. It was an enjoyable experience working alongside the designer, developer, product manager, and business owner. I was tasked with developing the map system, voucher functionality, connector details, designing new pages, and enhancing some aspects of the settings page
We gathered , analyzed, user and business requirements through PO and Product manager.
I worked on the EV charging platform focusing on the booking flow, station availability, and wallet features. I helped improve how users find available stations, reserve them easily, and manage payments through a more user-friendly wallet experience.

As electric vehicle adoption continued to grow in Myanmar, drivers lacked a convenient way to find charging stations. Information was scattered across different sources, making it difficult to plan journeys and locate available chargers. The challenge was to design a mobile application that centralizes charging station information, allowing users to search, explore, and navigate to charging locations quickly and efficiently.

The map would serve as the primary way for users to discover charging stations. Instead of requiring users to browse through a list first, nearby stations would be immediately visible based on their location. Users could select a station directly from the map to view its details and navigate to it.

Users need to know whether a station is suitable for their vehicle before deciding to travel there. Important information should therefore be easy to find without requiring users to dig through multiple screens.

Station
My colleague and I designed an interactive charging experience featuring charging animations, charging details, and step-by-step guidance to make the EV charging process easier to understand and follow.

My wallet
The wallet displays the user's available points, which can be used to charge their vehicle. Points can be earned through promotional campaigns or converted from currency within the app.

Voucher System
I have also created a voucher code system when user can apply their voucher to get discount when charging. When users have a voucher code, they simply need to enter it before the charging process, and the discount is automatically applied to their total charging points.

Additional Designs
Beyond the core EV charging experience, I also designed a range of supporting screens and features to create a consistent and complete product experience. These include account management, charging history, notifications, rewards, wallet, and other supporting interfaces.
